Just 1.5 kilometers away from our facility you will find the Scialmarino’s beach, easily accessible by car or on foot.
With more than 3.5 km beachfront, alternating bewteen public/free access beach and private establishments, this stretch of coastline offers a wide variety of beach and catering services.
City center at
10 minutes by car
Driving south on State Road 89 Garganica for about 10 minutes, you can reach the small town of Vieste. Among the various sights in the ancient Gargano village you can visit the Cathedral, the Swabian Castle, the Church of St. Francis, the Port, the Marina Piccola and the Civic Museum.

A sustainable approach toward agriculture, based on permaculture principles, guides our day-to-day choices in caring for 600 olive trees, a citrus grove and other fruit trees.
Completing the bucolic landscape is our small chicken coop. But don’t be afraid No rooster will disturb your sleep at sunrise. We only have chickens.
Our swimmingpool of 105 square meters is perfect for having a refreshing bath when there is no will to leave the property to reach the beach.
Our guests can enjoy three different locations with rustic wood kilns and barbecues.
Among the common areas a large terrace by the grove is also included, where you can watch the sunset while sipping a drink.
