GENERAL RULES

Check-out must take place no later than 10:00 a.m. and cannot be extended, unless an early check-in request has been made and accepted.
The check-in can take place before 3 p.m. only and exclusively after obtaining confirmation of request for early check-in.
No outside guests are allowed inside the property even if they are friends of clients.
Making noise between 00:00 and 8:00 is prohibited.
It is forbidden to throw any kind of waste on the ground, and it is recommended to make use of the appropriate recycling containers and ashtrays.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.
It is forbidden to use flammable liquids and oils in ovens and barbecues.
It is mandatory to clean the grill after using the barbecue.
The signatory of the registration form will be held responsible for any damage caused by him or her and by members of his or her group or family to the facility and to other guests.
No additional supplies of linens (extra linens are available for a fee), toilet paper, trash bags, soap, or detergent are provided beyond what is already available upon arrival.
It is prohibited to park your car in a way that may inconvenience other customers or block their cars.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DOG ADMISSION

You may bring your dog, provided you notify us at the time you make your reservation.
There is no additional charge for the dog’s stay.
The dog’s behavior should be managed by the owner so as not to disturb other guests or inconvenience other dogs.
The owner remains liable for any damage caused to people, other dogs, and/or the facility.
You may leave your dogs alone in the accommodations for a few hours, provided they are used to being left alone indoors and do not bark. If they do bark, we will be forced to call you, and it will be your responsibility to return to the property. In any case, you may not leave your dog alone in the apartment for an entire day.
Any use of the beddings and towels provided by us for the dog is prohibited.
Dogs are not allowed on beds, armchairs, chairs, or tables unless they are covered with a blanket that you own.
Owners must have the materials to remove their dogs’ droppings and dispose of them in the special container placed next to the various trash bins near the entrance.
Dogs are allowed in the pool area only on a leash, but they are strictly prohibited from swimming.

Owners must remove any pet hair from beds, sofas, and other surfaces inside the apartment. If this is not done, an additional €40 will be added to the final cleaning fee.

SWIMMING-POOL REGULATION

OPENING PERIOD: 1st of JUNE – 30th of SEPTEMBER

OPENING HOURS: 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. & 3:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Swimming is prohibited outside of the pool’s operating hours. However, you may use the lounge chairs and tables in the pool area outside of operating hours.
Minors unaccompanied by their parents or guardians are not allowed in the swimming-pool area.
Bathers must not have injuries or open wounds.
Take a shower before entering the pool.
Pushing around the pool, diving from the edges and running in the immediate vicinity of the pool is prohibited.
It is prohibited to bring in bulky inflatables or play with balls, with the exception of the inflatable ball provided by the lifeguard, provided it does not disturb other guests.
The trampoline must be used by one person at a time.
People who cannot swim must use lifesaver (you can request them from the lifeguard).
Swimmers who behave inappropriately may be asked to leave at any time.

It is forbidden to allow animals entering the water.
It is prohibited to move pool equipment (umbrellas, lounge chairs, etc.).
Anyone who in any way fouls the water in the pools and adjacent surfaces will be immediately removed from the pool, and in serious cases reported to the appropriate authority.
Urination in the pool is strictly prohibited.
Management is not responsible for anything left unattended in the swimming-pool area.
