GENERAL RULES

The check-out must be no later than 10:00 a.m. and cannot be postponed.
The check-in can take place before 3 p.m. only and exclusively after obtaining confirmation of request for early check-in.
The city tax must be paid in cash at the front desk upon check-in.
No outside guests are allowed inside the property even if they are friends of clients.
Making noise between 00:00 and 8:00 is prohibited.
It is forbidden to throw any kind of waste on the ground, and it is recommended to make use of the appropriate recycling containers and ashtrays.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.
It is forbidden to use flammable liquids and oils in ovens and barbecues.
It is mandatory to clean the grill after using the barbecue.
The guest who made the reservation will be held responsible for any damage caused by themselves and/or members of their group/family to the facility and other guests.

Initial bed linen set and initial bath linen set – additional charges will be applied for extra linen (see section “Amenities & Services – Not Included in Price”)
One roll of toilet paper and one dish towel
One bag for undifferentiated, one bag for plastic, one bag for paper
Kitchen set (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, cutting board, mocha, grater)
Use of the pool and use of the wood-burning oven and barbecue stations

Extra bedding and towels (price per piece):
double sheets: 3€
single sheets: 2.5€
other: 1.5€
Laundry washing: 5€
Breakfast by the pool: €5 (includes a croissant, cookies, fruit, piece of homemade cake and a coffee of your choice)
